According to the latest reports published with a Telangana-based news website, Tourism Minister V Srinivas Goud has announced that these high-tech eco-friendly cruises could have zero-emission and electric twin inboard motors propulsions.
Additionally, the cruise ships could have two floors, and tourists can book the cruise for hosting events such as parties. They’ll be launched around June 2021. News has it that the Telangana government is attempting to launch solar and electric boats in water bodies across the region. Apparently, the objective behind such initiatives is to enhance tourism in the state.
Goud has reportedly examined the status of existing fleet of boats and cruise at the boating centre located at Hussain Sagar. Officials have now been instructed to renovate the existing fleet with new colours and better seats.
